Location
We are located 5.5 miles south of Las Cruces, NM off Highway
478 at 620 W. Richardson Road.
Hours
Qualified personnel are available to answer your calls, provide
product information, and receive orders Monday through
Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. during the winter months.
From Memorial Day to Labor Day the hours are 6:00 a.m.
to 2:30 p.m. Mountain Time. Our office is closed Saturday
and Sunday.
Buyer Tours
With sufficient notice, tours of the nursery may be arranged
for qualified buyers by calling our office during normal
business hours. Advance notice is appreciated. We are proud
of our products and encourage you to visit our facility
frequently.
Prices
Prices quoted are F.O.B. Sunland Nursery Company, Las Cruces,
NM and are subject to change without further notice. This
price list supersedes all previous quotations and listings.
Sales
Our sales are cash, check, credit card or on account with approved
credit. Sunland Nursery Company may make credit arrangements
after a year of steady business with Sunland Nursery Company
and/or on an individual basis following application with
satisfactory trade references and approval. Our terms,
on approved accounts are due on the 10th of the following
month. A finance charge of 1.5% or $5.00 per month, whichever
is the greater amount, will be charged against all past
due accounts until paid in full.
ANY ACCOUNTS PAST DUE WILL BE PLACED ON A C.O.D.
BASIS WITH NO DISCOUNTS APPLIED TO PURCHASES UNTIL THE ACCOUNT
IS PAID IN FULL.
Discounts
Discounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are
valid through the calendar year only. Contract growing
will require a partial payment at the initiation of a binding
contract.
Conditions of Sale
All orders are subject to crop failures or damage by natural
causes. We exercise the utmost care to keep all varieties
true to name. However, each sale is made subject to the
condition that should any plant material sold by us prove
to be otherwise, our liability will be limited to the sum
actually received by us for such material and in no event
shall we be held liable for any greater amount. We guarantee
all plant material to be delivered in good condition. Adjustment
claims must be made within three (3) days of receipt of
merchandise. Such claims must be in writing to the Sunland
Nursery Company corporate headquarters. Once accepted in
good condition, we cannot be responsible for improper handling,
planting, maintenance, or damage by the elements. Any claim
is limited to the cost of plant material supplied by us.

Customer Pick
Up
Customer pick up is Monday through Friday with a minimum order
of $250.00. We require 4 hours notice in order to assemble your
order and you will be loaded upon your arrival at Sunland. Please
bring tarps, ropes, blocks, etc… to protect and secure your
stock. We will provide, as necessary, equipment and an operator
to load boxed trees.
Preselection of Large Trees
Should you require individually selected 24 inch boxed trees,
we will assist you in tagging trees at the yard prior
to pick up or delivery by us. Tagged trees will be held
for up to 30 days without charge. For longer periods
of time a deposit will be required and a maintenance
fee of 5% per month will be levied.
Early Orders
Early booking of orders will be accepted for future delivery
from those customers who do business with us on a regular
basis. Fulfillment will be based on availability of quality
stock at the time of shipment. We cannot be responsible
for crop failures or damage by natural causes. Please contact
your sales representative for details.
Delivery
A $1,500.00 minimum order is required for delivery, if the
minimum order is not met additional drop fees will be added
to the order. We provide tailgate or curbside delivery
only. It is requested that all customers supply labor in
unloading the truck. If our drivers must unload, there
will be a $50.00 per hour minimum charge. This charge will
be assessed for any part of the first hour and in full
hour increments for any part of subsequent hours. If we
are delivering boxed trees it is expected that you will
provide the proper unloading equipment and an operator.
Restocking
There is a 25% re-stocking charge on all returned merchandise.
All returns must be in good condition and are subject to
approval by a Sunland Nursery Company manager. We will
not accept damaged or drought stressed returns, unless
you received them in that condition.
Preliminary Lien & Material Release
For the benefit of the contractor and Sunland Nursery Company,
we will request information as to the developer (owner),
general contractor, and lender prior to job site deliveries
for all credit accounts. A material release will be issued
on request upon complete payment of your account. Please
make necessary arrangements and provide the above information
to us prior to shipment. Your cooperation is appreciated.
